Request a refund

Because payments go through the app stores, most refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly:

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: see Google's refund process.

Refund decisions for store purchases are made by the store under their policies.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected; see our Returns Policy. If the store process does not resolve it, contact support and we will help.
