Sorry something is not working. The fastest way to get it fixed is to send us a support request with:

What happened, and what you expected to happen.
Steps to reproduce it, if you can.
Your phone model (for example iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23).
Your app version and UID, so we can find your account and logs. See where to find them.

The more detail you give us, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.
